antique renaissance revival

Beautiful piece that has been well taken care of. A few scratches the item has been in the family for 40+ years and the piece is older than that. The top is set on top of the bottom piece. Small holes were drilled into the bottom (see pictures) for a computer at one point. Other than that, it has not been altered. I do have the key, the locks do work altho can get stiff. The choice of cleaner has been Gold Bond spray for a quick refresh and liquid for more a more indepth clean. It is probably around 500 pounds, quite solid. I have tried to include as many pictures as I can. I am looking to sell quickly so open to working with the price.
